In case you have lost your Voter Photo ID or your Voter Photo ID is misplaced, damaged, mutilated, lost, stolen, then no need to panic as Samadhan Kender facilitates you to get fresh and brand new Voter Photo ID for which you need to visit Samadhan Kender along with your Aadhaar UID and Polling Booth Number. However in case you do not know the Polling Booth Number then you can tell us the polling booth number for your parents and others who already own Voter Photo ID. Even in case you are not able to locate your polling booth then Samadhan Kender will do the search work for you and you can get your brand new Voter Photo ID from Samadhan Kender.

UID Aadhaar Services Disrupted at Samadhan Kender

Due to upgradations of Aadhar ECMP Client Version from 3.1.0.0 to 3.2.0.0 Aadhar Enrollement Services have been disrupted all over India from 26th May 2016 onwards and Samadhan Kender is no exception to it. CSC and UID team is working round the clock to bring the situation to normal by Wednesday the 1st of June,2016 and we sincerely apologise for the disruption in services. General Public especially children, women and aged senior citizens are advised to Contact At +919316077749 before visiting the Aadhaar Enrollment Centre functioning at Samadhan Kender under Common Service Centre scheme of Govt. of India in tie up arrangement with UIDAI. The following Services will function normally from 1st June,2016 which stand suspended for the time being:

• Fresh Aadhaar Enrollments
• Rectification and Updation in Existing Aadhaars

However the following services under Digital India programme of CSC will continue to function as usual:

• To know the Status of the Existing Enrollments
• To Print the Generated Aadhaars
• All Banking, Insurance services including CIBIL Reports.
• PAN CARD, VOTER CARD, PASSPORT and IT RETURN FILING SERVICES
• ALL type of online Tax Payments and Online Services.
• All other services numbering more than 101 services under one roof.

Services have been restored on 31May, 2016.

AEPS enabled at Samadhan Kender

We are happy to announce that Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS) has been installed at Samadhan Kender and pensioners, senior citizens, women beneficiaries, students for their scholarship payments need not visit the Banks to get small payments.

Aadhaar enabled Payment system facilitates disbursements of Government entitlements like NREGA, Social Security pension, Scholarships to Students, Handicapped,  Old Age Pension etc. of any Central or State Government bodies, using Aadhaar and authentication thereof as supported by UIDAI.

CBSE says Good Bye to Fake Degrees

CBSE board has declared the CBSE Results on 21st May,2016 and to get rid of Fake Degree Menace in India, the CBSE Board has become the first board to provide Digital Marks Sheets to the students through DigiLocker.

As a new initiative of CBSE, the Digital Marks Sheet, which can not be destroyed, duplicated, faked, stolen or damaged, will be made available in your DigiLocker Account.

Samadhan Kender helps you to get Free DigiLocker of Government of India even without having any Aadhaar Crad. But we suggest that the students must have Aadhaar Card of their own to have distinct identity and get it linked with their mobile number to have easy access to their digilocker to store more than 3000 documents.

Samadhan Kender is also an authorized Permanent Aadhaar Enrollment Center, first of its kind in Rajpura duly recognized by UIDAI in tie up with CSC eServices India through CSC scheme of Government of India. It remains opened on all weekdays including Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 8 PM. Special arrangements have been made for students, senior citizens and women enrollers. Minor Students (with age less than 18 years) must be accompanied by their father/mother along with Aadhaar Card of their respective father/mother. We, at Samadhan Kender, also enroll fresh voters and the students who have crossed the age of 18 years must get themselves enrolled for their Voter Card so as to elect the Government of their choice in forthcoming assembly elections in Punjab in 2017.

Why donot we have Debit Information Bureau of India Ltd?

Do you know that all banks and lending institutions in India are passing on your credit information along with your private information to CIBIL (Credit Information Bureau of India Limited)? On the basis of information provided by the lending institutions complete summary of any type of loan availed from any lending institution in India gets reflected in the CIR (Credit Information Report) of the individual, firm, company, trust, directors, partners, trustees etc.

Often I think that why we do not have DIBIL (Debit Information Bureau of India Limited) on the lines of CIBIL or cant we have one and only one "Credit and Debit Information Bureau of India Limited" to fetch reports of any individual where in information on Loans (Credit) taken by the individual from various lending institutions and Deposits (Saving Fund or Term Deposits) deposited with banks by the same individual are fetched to alert the lending institutions about the cheaters and fraudsters who get their loans settled or written off to accumulate unnoticed huge bank deposits.

In my opinion the day is not far away when the banking and lending institutions may shake hands to either launch DIBIL or convert the CIBIL into Credit and Debit Information Bureau of India Limited (CADIBIL). By doing so rating of India with Transparency International will get a big boost.

Have you secured your future with Atal Pension Yojna

Samadhan Kender can subscribe to Atal Pension Yojna on your behalf and the premium will get get auto debited to the bank account of the subscriber. Samadhan Kender is authorised Common Service Center under CSC SPV scheme of Government of India to act as delivery channel for welfare schemes from Government to Citizens. Now you need not go to your Bank for filling lengthy forms for subscribing to Atal Pension Yojna and you can just entrust the job to Team at Samadhan Kender to look after your interests as we will make it possible through AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) to auto subscribe to Atal Pension Yojna through your bank account with any bank if the bank account is linked to your Aadhaar Card.

Salient Features of APY:

1. This scheme aims to provide pension after retirement for unorganized sector workers.

2. Any individual in the age group of 18 to 40 years can subscribe to this pension scheme.
3. Pension amount is Rs. 1000 to Rs. 5000 depending on the amount of premium paid.
4. Premium ranges between Rs. 42 to Rs. 1454 per month depending upon age of entry and chosen pension amount.
5. Premature withdrawal is not allowed. You cannot withdraw out of scheme before retirement.
6. This scheme is not available for income tax payees .
7. Only 7.8 to 8% returns are available.
8. Employees who are covered under EPF scheme which is a statutory social security scheme cannot subscribe to this scheme.
9. In case of unfortunate death of subscriber, spouse will get pension and even after the death of spouse, eligible nominee will get pension wealth.
10. After reaching the age of 60, the subscriber need to apply for and regular pension will be payable.
11. Government of India will contribute to the extent of 50% of the premium or Rs. 1000 whichever is less for a period of 5 years w.e.f. 01.06.2015 onward.
12. Monthly subscriptions are remitted through auto-debit facility from the subscribers savings bank account. 
13. It is mandatory to provide spouse details( wherever applicable) and nominee details.
14. A subscriber can open only one APY account and it is unique to the subscriber.
15. Amount of subscription can be increased or decreased only once in a year during the course of accumulation phase.
16. Status of contributions are intimated through SMS on registered mobile number. Physical statements are also made available.
17. Non-maintenance of required subscription amount in savings bank account will be treated as default and additional amount will be charged by banks for delayed payments.
18. All existing members of the government's 'Swavalamban Yojana NPS Lite' will automatically be migrated to the Atal Pension Yojana.
19. The due date for monthly contribution will be as per the initial date of deposit of contribution into APY
20. The APY scheme is administered by PFRDA/GOVERNMENT
21. All CSC's are authorised to make it possible for you to subscribe to APY.

Premium Amount:

Typical examples of premium amounts is as follows :-

1. Rs. 42 per month for pension of Rs. 1000 per month in case of entry at 18 years of age.
2. Rs. 210 per month for pension of Rs. 5000 per month in case of entry at 18 years of age
3. Rs. 291 per month for pension of Rs. 1000 per month in case of entry at 40 years of age.
4 Rs. 1454 per month for pension of Rs. 5000 per month in case entry at the age of 40 years of age.
5. Nominees to get Rs.170000 to Rs.850000 in case of death of both husband and wife.

How to Subscribe to APY:

1. You need to have a Savings Bank Account and your Adhar Card. Mobile phone number is also required.

2. You visit your nearest Common Service Center or nearest bank branch. While at CSC like Samadhan Kender, you will not have to fill in any form but in the Bank you need to fill the forms.
3. On indicating the pension amount in application form, the premium amount will be known to you.
4. Renewal is required every year to keep the scheme active. CSC's make it possible to auto recover premium from your bank account if sufficient balance is maintained.

Become Agents of Change as DIA through Samadhan Kender

We at Samadhan Kender have been advised, as authorized VLE under CSC SPV scheme of Government of India, to identify at least two persons - one man and one woman,  for every village in Rajpura Block, who can act as Agents of Change to work as Digital India Activists (DIA) and spread the message of various delivery through CSC, Digital Saksharta Abhiyan (DISHA), Jan Dhan Yojna and other Government schemes. The Agents of Change or DIA can work as marketing arm for the VLE so as to enhance footfalls and business.

DIAs will be trained by Samadhan Kender from time to time on regular basis on various services which a citizen can avail from authorised CSC like Samadhan Kender. We believe that we as  CSC can bring about Digital Resolution through DIA.

The DIA's will also assist in DISHA and other program of government on financial inclusion - Banking, Insurance and Pension for every family/person in the country. VLE and DIA can rewrite India's history of growth in the shortest possible time.
